Seeing how many artists seem to spend a lot of time with their drawings and illustrations and go back and forth on many elements, I gave that approach a try. Unfortunately I still lack that patience.
I first drew a very rough drawing, then flipped it over and traced it in a more solid way, trying to get definite lines and shapes, but still too rough to really be shown. Then I traced it on another sheet, meant to be a "clean" drawing, but along the way I thought I could try and capture the feel of my sketches into that clean. In the end, I stuck to being an idiot and made it relatively sketchy.
At this point, many artists would still correct their drawing until they were 100% satisfied. I'm somewhat lazy, so I thought "hey! good enough! whatever!".
So yeah. I have to improve on that I guess. That and I haven't done any figure drawing (live or photo) in such a long time. Time to become an artist again I guess.
Mais yé super cool ton Hulk qui aime pas le plancher!
